🤺 Quests:
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain high-quality software applications for our leading e-commerce platform.
  • Work with front-end and back-end technologies, including Vue, Laravel, and MySQL/MariaDB or PostgreSQL.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to design and implement software solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects.
  • Test and ensure quality by writing unit and integration tests.
  • Stays up-to-date on the latest software development trends.
🕹 Abilities:
  • Knowledge of front-end: HTML, CSS and JavaScript using Vue.
  • Knowledge of back-end: PHP with Laravel Framework.

  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, and other teams to investigate and resolve incidents quickly and accurately.
  • Develop and implement incident response plans and procedures that meet the needs of the company.
  • Monitor the incident response process and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest incident management practices and technologies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to keep them updated on the status of incidents.
  • Resolve client concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Serve as a liaison between the support software team and stakeholders to ensure that the needs of both parties are met.
